Creating A Compassionate Heart
“Journaling a Compassionate Life Review” will be offered on SATURDAY, February 2, from 10:00am to 4:30pm. The focus of this day will be to approach looking at the difficult events and passages in your life through the eyes of compassion. We will use a journaling guide and have time for self-reflection and writing as well as sharing together. The cost of the day is $90 with a reduced fee available.
“Coming Home to Yourself” will be offered on SATURDAY, APRIL 6, from 10:00am to 4:30pm. The focus of the day will be exploring self-forgiveness as a decision, process and way of life. We will also consider how forgiving others is intrinsically tied to our well-being and ability to forgive ourselves. If you struggle with self-judgment, unreasonable guilt, toxic shame or difficulty accepting any part of yourself, this day of mindful attentiveness, guided meditations and experiential practices can benefit you. The cost of the day is $90 with a reduced fee available.
In addition to the retreats, all participants will be invited to participate in an evening refresh about a month later as well as receive notification of an ongoing monthly practice, the first Saturday of each month.
